Alison Watson
Alison was one of the orignal MAP Executive Directors and co-founder of Asheville Hatch Fest. Alison is currently a consultant where she has spearheaded strategic partnerships with industry giants such as Google, INTEL, Six Senses, Red Bull Media House, LifeSpan, American Express, NASA , Human Longevity Inc, Adidas, Wells Fargo, and many others. She is a proud member of the Explorers Club and has accomplished many adventures including most recently, a flag expedition testing a NASA designed MS1 suit for a Mars analog mission. Prior to her groundbreaking work in business, Alison made a meaningful impact as a documentary filmmaker, immersing herself in conflict zones and avalanche zones. Collaborating with Nobel Peace Prize winners and relief aid organizations, she spearheaded projects aimed at supporting communities in need. Alison lives in Mills River, NC.

Bradan Dotsun
Bradan is an Executive Producer and creative leader who has developed a wide range of interactive projects and content for some of the most beloved brands and IPs in the world. His work in the concept, strategy, and execution of immersive experiences spans VR/AR, gaming, theme parks, professional sports, and museums. Bradan currently co-leads the multidisciplinary tech department for Kansas City based design+build+tech firm, Dimensional Innovations, where his teams focus on bridging the gap between the physical and digital realms with bleeding-edge experiences for all to enjoy. Clients include: Walt Disney Imagineering, Paramount, YouTube, SoFi Stadium, LA Clippers, Google Cloud, Sony Interactive Entertainment, IMAX, Augusta National Golf Club, Banff Gondola, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Bradan resides in Lake Lure, NC.

Jeannie Regan
Jeannie Regan is an interdisciplinary artist and designer who works predominantly in theater, community engagement and Public Art. She was born in Hong Kong, educated in Australia and has lived in North Carolina for over ten years. She co-founded the SkillSet program with Sara Sanders in 2018 at UNC Asheville’s STEAM Studio with support from Lindsay Hearne and the Community Foundation of Western North Carolina. As Director of SkillSet Jeannie has worked to grow a circular community of learners and educators undertaking a lifelong journey of discovery and sharing. Outside of UNCA Jeannie’s sculpture practice centers on the performing arts and technical theatre design. Jeannie lives in Black Mountain,NC

Josh Rhinehart
Josh Rhinehart developed a passion for the arts while growing up among the natural beauty of the Caribbean. At an early age, he began a lifelong pursuit of photography, which eventually led him to manage the darkroom at the Art Center South Florida and to travel extensively, photographing concerts and music festivals across the U.S. Since 2004, Josh has called Asheville, NC, home. He was the curator of the "Arts of Darkness" art shows at Push and has displayed his photography throughout Asheville. For the past 18 years, Josh has worked as a photographer or graphic designer with a multitude of festivals, musicians, venues, and foundations, including the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, Hangout Music Festival, Lake Eden Arts Festival, Asheville Goombay Fest, Asheville Symphony, John Lennon Educational Tour Bus, and the Iceland Space Agency. Currently, Josh is an instructor in the Craft Arts Department at Haywood Community College. Additionally, he works with several non-profits, including the Otis Redding Foundation, the Georgia Music Foundation, and the Preservation Hall Foundation. Josh lives in Candler, NC.

Greg Lucas
Media Arts Project founding member and its first Executive Director. Greg is currently the Executive Director of the Preservation Hall Foundation, the non-profit arm of world famous Preservation Hall Jazz Band and venerable civil rights and Jazz monument Preservation Hall, located in New Orleans’ French Quarter. In addition to leading the organization’s fundraising, strategy, community engagement, education and archives programs, he served as the producer of numerous major artist talent driven “Midnight Preserves” fundraising concerts during the annual New Orleans Jazz and Heritage including Pete Townshend, Foo Fighters, Corinne Bailey Rae, Jason Isbell, Jimmy Buffett and other luminaries.Prior to joining the Hall, Greg spent the previous 15 years in technology and creative industries, co-founding two companies, FCCFilings.com and CreativeAllies.com. His music industry career began as an artist manager for diverse multidisciplinary artists ranging from Digable Planets’ DJ King Britt to MacArthur Genius Grant awardee Vijay Iyer, among many others. Greg has significant experience developing brand partnerships and marketing activations for numerous electronic and mainstream music festivals including Hangout, Camp Bisco, Lights All Night and during global events at Sundance Film Festival, SxSW and Burning Man.

Sean O'Connell
Sean is a leader in the live experience industry who has generated over $160 million in revenue during the last decade. Sean has been behind the scenes marketing some of the biggest names in music. He played a pivotal role in the rise of US music festivals starting in the early 2000s and went on to become the Managing Partner of the Hangout Music Festival. Sean specializes in companies that operate at the intersection of culture and commerce. His area of expertise includes curating talent, brand integrations & sponsorship, marketing & promotion, management, event production and contract negotiations. As the Producer & Managing Partner of the Hangout Music Festival, Sean oversaw operations, promotion and booking for the award-winning beach festival. Under his leadership, the Hangout increased annual attendance from 28,000 to 45,000 fans per day. Most recently, Sean was the VP of Programming at AEG Presents where he produced the Firefly Music Festival, AEG’s flagship camping festival, located in Dover, DE. During his tenure, he curated and booked over 120 performers to perform each year including Billie Eilish, Lizzo, Dua Lipa, Green Day, Tame Impala, My Chemical Romance, The Killers, Megan Thee Stallion, and Halsey. His marketing firm Music Allies (2002-2013), was instrumental in the marketing, sponsorship sales and branding for various record labels and for some of the biggest festivals in the US including Bonnaroo and the Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival. At Music Allies (and continuing throughout his career), Sean has excelled at establishing partnerships with pivotal brands including Starbucks, ESPN, MTV, Tik Tok, Autograph, Pizza Hut, Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch, Corona, Pernod Ricard, Arizona Iced Tea, Red Bull, Monster Energy, the Hard Rock Cafe, and dozens more.
